HEADLINER – JACK GLEADOW

Hull’s very own Jack Gleadow is a rising star in the world of comedy, known for his high-energy performances packed with physical comedy, razor-sharp storytelling, music, and audience interaction. His unique blend of old-school variety and modern stand-up has made him one of the most exciting acts on the circuit today.

Fresh from performing across the globe, from Las Vegas to Miami, the Caribbean to Dubai, and all across Europe, Jack truly lives up to his title as The International Man of Silly.

Back in the UK, he has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in comedy, supporting Jason Manford and Clinton Baptiste in some of the country’s most prestigious theatres and arenas.

Jack’s journey into entertainment started early, born and raised in Hull, he became the most awarded young magician in British history, winning both national and international accolades for his comedy magic. By 18, he swapped the wand for a microphone, drawing inspiration from the golden era of variety and quickly establishing himself as one to watch.

His talent hasn’t gone unnoticed, Jack has racked up an impressive list of awards, including:

Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year
Amused Moose National New Comic Award
Edinburgh TV Festival Best New Presenter Nominee

OPENER – ALEX MITCHELL

Alex Mitchell is an award-winning stand-up comedian, writer, actor and podcaster. He is a queer, autistic, disabled comic who regularly performs at the biggest comedy clubs in the UK including The Stand, Glee, Up the Creek, Backyard and Komedia Brighton.

Alex was a finalist on Britain’s Got Talent in 2024. All three of his Britain’s Got Talent performances have individually amassed tens of thousands of views online. Since then, he has appeared on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, Heart Radio Breakfast and Access All for BBC Sounds.

MC – ROMAN HARRIS

Roman Harris is an up-and-coming British stand-up comedian and Ex-Firefighter. Born and raised in London, England, to Jamaican and Guyanese parents, he has been on the comedy circuit for the past 5 years and has been making waves in clubs, competitions and TV.

Roman is as funny as he is charming, mixing observational and anecdotal comedy with a bit of edge, all underlined by his cheekiness and stage presence. He seems a nice guy but underneath it all a bit of devilment creeps to the surface in his humour.

He is the reigning Leicester Square Theatre New Comedian of the Year 2025, placed 3rd in the Dutch Barn ‘Spirit of Comedy’ competition 2025, and is a two time semi-finalist in the British Comedian of the Year competition. He was also shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Awards 2025 and has appeared as a recurring character in the revamped UK classic gameshow Supermarket Sweep.
