One of the top comedy club nights in the country, The Comedy Network, returns to Selby in 2024.
Each event will feature an MC, opening act and headliner for the bargain price of just £10.
Headliner – Dana Alexander
Dana draws her material from raw life experience with an original and hilarious outlook.
She began her comedy career at the age of 18 years old in Canada. Before long she began touring nationally with Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Clubs, completed 5 television galas and several radio spots for major stations.
In 2011 Dana moved to the U.K. where she premiered her solo hour at The Edinburgh Festival for which she received rave reviews and nominations including “Best Club Comic” and “Best International Act” from Chortle and Black Comedy Awards.
Dana has featured on British television on programmes such as “Question Team”, “Russell Howard’s Good News”, “Edinburgh Comedy Fest” and “The Culture Show”.
Her solo comedy special also aired in Canada’s popular Stand-up show “Comedy Now” and she has been named in the Top 10 Comedians 3 years running by NOW Magazine in Canada.
Dana can be seen on stage within in the U.K. and Internationally. She has performed in more than 40 countries such as Bahrain, Dubai, Switzerland, Croatia, France, The Netherlands, Norway, Serbia, The Seychelles, Hungary, Malta and South Africa. She has also performed for the British Armed Forces.

Opener – Hatty Preston (replacement for Lorna Rose Treen)
Hatty Preston is a London-born, Chicago-built comedian and actress.
She has opened for US and UK comics including Theo Von, Chris DiStefano, Jessica Kirson and Jack Whitehall.
Across the US she has performed at major venues including The New York Comedy Club and The Stand in New York, and her home club, Laugh Factory in Chicago.
In London she founded and hosted the popular comedy night ‘The Big Fizz’ in Notting Hill. She is also a producer and host of the London chapter of Don’t Tell Comedy.
As an actress, Hatty is best known for playing Princess Maribel in Lionsgate’s The Royals and for originating the role of Minty in Jennifer Saunders’s ‘Viva Forever!’ in London’s West End. She has had guest roles on Call The Midwife (BBC One) and Cuckoo (Netflix/BBC Three).
MC – Adam Flood
Winner of Bath Festival New Comedian 2022, soon to be seen on ITV’s Stand Up Sketch Show and one of Stoke on Trent’s premium cultural exports.
He is a high-energy, observational comedian with a twist of the surreal using enthusiastic act outs, vocal effects, samples, short songs and crowd work to keep the audience on their toes.
As an actor he has been in two yet to be released comedy shorts with executive producer Hannah Moulder, one short starring Amy Gledhill and the other starring Luke McQueen and Nick Helm. He also has completed roles in-production for writing, acting and voice work.
