Our hit monthly comedy club is back for 2026. Programmed by Little Wander, Wales’ biggest comedy producers who are responsible for touring the likes of James Acaster, Bridget Christie and Ria Lina, it continues to showcase a host of award winners and TV names. Each show features a headliner, opening act and MC for the unbeatable price of £10.
HEADLINER – BETHANY BLACK
Leicester Comedy Festival 2023 Best New Show Award winner – Bethany Black, is a comedian, actor and writer. She has been performing for over 20 years and has supported many acts on tour including Joe Lycett and Paul Sinha. Blessed with a sharp tongue and a desire to overshare she’s been critically acclaimed for her personal, confessional style of comedy. Just as comfortable performing in a small room as in a stadium she has travelled the world and is a regular at some of the biggest clubs in the UK.
You might know her from Mock the Week or 8 out of 10 Cats, but that’s just your mind playing tricks, despite regularly being praised for her appearance on those shows she’s never appeared on either, she has been a panelist on “Sorry I Didn’t Know” (ITV) as well as “Sarah Millican’s Elephant In The Room” (BBC Radio 4) and was a guest on “Rosie Jones – Box Ticker” (BBC Radio 4). She has had leading roles in television shows such as Cucumber, Banana and Tofu by Russell T Davies for Channel 4 for which she has won awards, she was also a guest star in Doctor Who and played one of the series baddies in No Offence.
She has written for TV shows such as Frankie Boyle’s New World Order and Mummy’s Big Queer Do as well as written jokes for many of the guests on your favourite panel shows.

Anna Thomas is an award-winning comedian, originally hailing from Carmarthenshire, South Wales.
She wrote and starred in ‘Lady Bigfoot’, a short film that premiered on BBC One Wales and became the most watched comedy short on BBC iPlayer in 2023.
‘Lady Bigfoot is a tender and utterly charming portrait of an outsider’s yearning. And it’s very funny too with little jokes squeezed in where they have no right to be’ ★★★★ Chortle.
Anna also wrote and starred in the radio sitcom ‘Gulls’ which is currently available on BBC Sounds.
As heard and seen on ‘What Just Happened’ on BBC Radio Wales and BBC One Wales, ‘Live from Merthyr Tydfil’ on BBC One Wales, ‘The Machynlleth Comedy Festival Showcase’ on BBC Radio Wales and BBC 4Xtra, ‘One Person Found This Helpful’ on BBC Radio 4 and ‘Kiri’s Comedy Club’ on BBC Sounds.
Anna has also provided tour support for acts like Joe Lycett, Scott Bennett Colin Hoult and Kiri Pritchard-McLean.
Jamie has reached the finals of the prestigious So You Think You’re Funny? and The Musical Comedy Awards, as well as being shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Award. Jamie was also the runner up at Hastings Fringe New Comedian Of The Year.
Jamie’s stand up has been described as a mix of short stories and one liners, delivered with an instant likability and an understated confidence. Covering a range of topics including veganism, his mixed race heritage and coming to terms with entering adulthood.
Coming from a musical background, he is adept at both straight stand up and musical comedy.
Jamie has appeared on the BBC Asian Network ‘Stand Up Show’ which TX’d live on radio and featured on the iPlayer and ‘Comedy Central at the Edinburgh Fringe’. He currently performs at many clubs all across the UK, including The Comedy Store and Up The Creek.
